Intelligent Data Lounge (IDL) is a facility that enables users to perform Actionable Analytics services. Users can implement advanced analytics using either public and/or restricted data that must be accessed within the DOSM’s environment.

Users will be provided with their preferred statistical/analytical tools either R Studio or SAS Enterprise Guide (EG). The dataset that is given as default variables can refer to Actionable Analytics Data Catalogue here.

To use the IDL, a user must make an online reservation for a session by:

1. Click on the date in the calendar. 1 day consists of 6 available slots. 

2. Click “Book Appointment” and fill up your name and email to receive the confirmation.

3. Wait for approval from IDL Admin for booking confirmation.

4. Once the booking was confirmed, the user requires to present at the premise based on the confirmation booking date.  

To ensure security, IDL will be equipped with a surveillance system as a security feature to monitor the user’s activities. This is also to prevent raw data leaks from DOSM’s property with other rules being exercised to have control over the IDL.
